Desktop Support Specialist

Location: Station Square, PA
Pay Range: Up to $20 an hour on W2.
Description:
This is a 3 month Desktop Support Specialist contract in Station Square, PA.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls from clients
  • Make outbound calls to vendors
  • Perform required checks and updates in ATM monitoring systems
  • Document incident/request specifics in the Incident Management System.
  • Triage/troubleshoot/diagnose/resolve incidents through use of experience, available documentation and tools. Document all relevant data on issues unable to resolve (including incident specifics and any actions taken to attempt to resolve) and escalate to appropriate support team.
  • Triage outage/critical impairment as per the Priority assignment procedures.  Follow procedures to escalate the incident as necessary.
  • Responsible for handling simple to moderate Tier 1 issues for supported products/applications.
  • Create incident tickets and assign as appropriate
