This is a direct hire, full time position. This is a hybrid remote / on site position, working from home Monday and Friday with in the office requirements Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. My client is a very stable, global manufacturing firm. They are growing year after year from both organic grow and acquisition.
The primary purpose of the Lead Business Process Analyst- Procurement position is to lead design, develop, test and implement business software solutions that enable strong business operations. This position acts as the primary liaison to the internal stakeholder groups to analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements to drive process improvement and business value through organization. This position is responsible for supporting the global SAP systems for Procure to Pay.
Your Day-to-Day:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the business process design, system configuration and technical enablement of Integrated Supply Chain process areas, primarily focused on the P2P and SRM module of SAP as well as Ariba solutions.
  • Determine and plan internal and external resources in developing and supporting software enhancements and modifications per established standards
  • Collaborate with business personnel and management to gather and translate business requirements into applied solutions across multiple platforms and technologies
  • Manage large, complex project budget, timelines, communications, and deliverables
  • Drive process improvements, understand end to end business processes and integration points of systems
  • Work with other process teams to implement integrated business solutions
  • May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor's degree with technical/configuration experience in SAP, ideally SAP P2P or SRM module.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to indirectly manage internal and external resources while maintaining accountability for quality, cost and timely completion per business requirements
  • Effective project, budgeting, and cost management skills
  • Proven technical/functional authority and technical mentor to others, preferred
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, written and negotiation communication skills
  • Fundamental working knowledge of process manufacturing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Moderate travel required (11 - 29 days per year)
